    All of our surveyors hold RICS status and management and professional CSCS Health and Safety cards to ensure our surveys can be carried out whilst still under developer occupation.

    You have the option to engage our snagging experts to undertake your inspection following CML, pre hand over in line with the New Homes Quality Code, or post hand over in line with our standard terms for inspection.

    New or old we are defect analysis specialists, with extensive knowledge on fabric condition and material performance.

    Our defect analysis process will highlight the presence and cause of any issues with your building elements and provide detailed specification to remediate.
